For someone who felt like something was missing in my life, Nick was the perfect solution. He was kind, warm, and welcoming right from the start. He assured me that most of the things I was feeling and experiencing he also has been through before. He allowed me the space to open up and explore areas of my life I had previously chosen to avoid, totally judgement free. Life is lighter these days after what I have learned with Nick. I am so grateful for my time with Nick and highly recommend his services.

I remember sitting in my psychologist’s room spending half my time trying to explain my life as a gay/bi/queer (who was I?) dad because they just simply didn’t get me. Surely there was another method to finding happiness. And then Nick pops up again on my Insta feed. He seemed funny, vulnerable, switched on, and like he’d understand me and my lifestyle. I didn’t need judgement, I needed direction. Nick, with his beaming smiles and no bullshit questioning, took me in and over a few months turned me from an anxious and paralysed soul to a self aware and action focused man. He never told me what to do, he simply made me focus on how to be a better me. It wasn’t easy - he called me out, interrogated my answers, and opened wounds that needed to be addressed. But he did it with warmth, he made me feel heard, and he shared his own vulnerability to provide comfort. I made the biggest life change - not because of his encouragement but because of his ability to show me how to build self confidence. In our last session I cried - happiness tears.

For a while I hadn’t been feeling like myself. My confidence was gone, I wasn’t performing at work, I was shrinking from social situations, and I was never happy with how my body looked. I wasn’t good enough. So how could I allow others to like me? So I don’t would sometimes push people away. Then I took the Happy Homo quiz and I was like, “wow, this is so me”. Following that I did the initial intro with Nick and thought it was time do make a change. Over the course of about 3 months, Nick gave me the tools to help remind myself of all the good things that are happening daily, and to reflect on them, no matter how big or small. Sometimes it was simply going for a walk to a quiet spot and reconnecting with friends via text, or it might have been inviting friends to my place, or going out to the club for fun instead of just to hook up. I’ve noticed a positive shift in my life thanks to Nick and the Happy Homo project. Definitely recommend to any guys out there who are maybe feeling like they’re in a rut, or missing their inner light.

Nick was a brilliant coach in a time of multiple changes in my life - he was engaged, down to earth, funny & ultimately kept me on track with realistic, specific and thoughtful goals. The sessions were well framed & even though I’d accidentally resolved my primary issue before we even started our sessions, it lead to many other genuine outcomes. Highly recommended, thank you so much Nick 🩵

Before I started coaching with Nick, I felt incredibly lost, like I was a passenger in my own life rather than the person behind the wheel. I had fallen into a pattern of people-pleasing, constantly prioritising everyone else’s needs and happiness above my own. Even when I knew what I wanted; guilt, shame or negative self-talk would quickly creep in and stop me from putting myself first. I’d been craving a change when I saw Nick’s profile on Instagram. From our very first session, Nick created a space where I felt comfortable being honest about who I was, what I wanted, and what was holding me back. He has the ability to be incredibly warm and supportive while also challenging you in exactly the right ways. He gently but consistently pushed me beyond my comfort zone. Every session left me with something practical to work on, and the accountability kept the momentum going without ever feeling overwhelming. The difference I feel now is not only noticeable to me but friends and those close to me. I feel more authentically myself than I have in a long time; more confident in my own voice, and more willing to step outside my comfort zone in pursuit of the life I want. I genuinely can’t recommend Nick highly enough. At a point where I felt disconnected from myself, he helped me rediscover my confidence, my authenticity and my spark. If you’re looking for a coach who will support you, challenge you, and help you become a better version of yourself, Nick is exactly that person.

Working with Nick was truly a great experience. After unwillingly relocating back home from thousands of miles away, I felt stuck and lacked a sense of purpose in my life. It was not until I came across Nick's content on social media that I finally thought someone might have the tools I needed to break the cycle and live my life authentically. Our work together lasted roughly three weeks, and after every session, I felt how my perspectives and habits were changing. I managed to establish a routine, which I follow religiously and is not unrealistic, and even started receiving positive feedback from my colleagues and superiors at work. I am so happy with my experience that I've asked Nick to continue working with me so he can hold me accountable until I feel fully ready to live autonomously in alignment with my values.

I first sought Nick's help because I found myself repeatedly meeting great guys, only for things to fizzle out without understanding why. I wanted to better understand myself, my relationship patterns, and how I was approaching dating. I initially completed Nick's introductory 3 month programme, which challenged me to look honestly at myself through regular sessions and practical homework. At the end, he offered to continue working with me on a longer-term basis if I felt it had been beneficial. Eighteen months later, I can honestly say it has been one of the best investments I've made in myself. Nick has a rare ability to create a space that is warm, safe and completely free of judgement. He has a gentle, non-confrontational way of holding up a mirror that allows you to see yourself more clearly, while somehow getting straight to the heart of the issue. Some sessions have been incredibly raw and emotional, yet I have always felt understood, supported and respected. He also has a wonderful sense of humour, which helps keep things grounded when the work becomes difficult. The changes I've experienced extend well beyond dating. I feel calmer, more emotionally grounded, more confident, and much kinder towards myself. He has helped me work through past emotional hurts, improve my self-esteem and self-worth, and given me practical tools that I use in everyday life. Most importantly, he has restored my belief that a healthy, loving relationship is possible. I would recommend Nick without hesitation to anyone looking to better understand themselves, build healthier relationships, and create lasting positive change.

I by chance saw Nick on Instagram and thought, why not, what have I got to lose? That was a great decision and I'm very glad I took that leap. Before meeting Nick the past few years had felt very monotonous, exhausting and like I had lost my sense of self. I knew that there were many goals I wanted to achieve and parts of myself I wanted to nurture, but the repetitive nature of daily life and feeling overwhelmed made it difficult for me to know where or how to begin. During the program with Nick, I began to regain that sense of self and develop a sense of clarity I hadn't experienced in a long time. The ways in which things changed surprised me. I went in with a sense of we're going to sort out X, Y and Z, but as I went through the program I noticed other things coming up for me. Much of what I was doing in my daily life wasn't aligning with my core values, so that made me question how I wanted to move forward with my life. Nick from the very start was exactly what I needed. With his patience, warmth and kindness, it felt easy to open up about the struggles I'd been having. Nick guided me in a way that was supportive, but kept me accountable and gave me some truths I needed to hear. The goals we set each week were achievable, with a few challenging ones thrown in there - just the right mix. I now broadly feel more confident to take action in multiple areas of my life and keep moving myself towards my goals. Most importantly I'm reassessing everything through the lens of my own values again which is making those decisions and actions a lot easier to engage with. It's something I look forward to continuing working with Nick on in the future. If you're feeling stuck, not quite yourself or just don't know where to begin, I'd highly recommend working with Nick. It's a leap I'm so glad I took.

As long as I can remember I have always felt alone. I could be in a room full of friends and still feel it. Through the years I learned to mask my loneliness behind performance. Performing for everyone and rarely letting people see the real me. My inner saboteur grew stronger and stronger. Adding layer after layer to my mask. After being laid off and moving across the country for work I found myself living the loneliest life I have ever experienced. I was in therapy. I was taking the medication. I was working out. But nothing was changing. And then on a random day I stumbled upon a random post of Nicks. It spoke to me. I felt seen. Enough was enough. Something had to give. So I marched, clicked the link, on over to the website. Took the quiz and booked a consultation. Going into the program I was nervous. I thought for sure I was going to be his toughest client. Am I going to be that one client that can’t be fixed? It was tough at first. I had become quite resourceful at keeping happiness just out of reach. There were some vulnerable days. One session in particular I brought out the big guns. The one memory I have held onto the longest. The perfect example of my loneliness, the crux of my low self worth. And Nick, in his Nick fashion, looked at me and said “Taj… you gotta let it go.” He said more than that, obviously. But that one sentence, this one instance, clicked. I shed my last tear and the weight lifted off my shoulders. In the following weeks colleagues at work started noticing a change in me. Constantly asking what my secret was and why I was so happy. My therapist released me saying her job was done. I was waking up with a smile. I got a new position at work. The only way to describe what I am feeling, it is like I am on a plane and that plane is taking off. The tray table is up. The seat belt is fastened and my seat is in the upright position. Where am I going? Who knows. But I do know this. I am worthy of all the goodness that is happening. I recognize all the good I have had in my life and am attracting to my life. And I am happy. And for this, Nick… I say thank you. 💙😁

How happy are you, homo?
